Recipes include: Lemon Herb Chicken – Juicy, pan-seared chicken with herbs and a lemon butter sauce. Spring Pasta Salad loaded with crisp veggies, herbs, and a zesty dressing and, for dessert, Strawberry Basil Shortcakes — a fresh twist on the classic. This class will feature an Herb Garden Activity where each participant will choose an herb to plant from seeds to take home.

Join us for our French Bistro kids' cooking class, a great way to introduce young chefs to French flavors with simple, fun, and delicious recipes! Bistro classics will include Mini Croque Monsieur, French Ham & Cheese Sandwiches with a crispy, cheesy top and a béchamel sauce. Pommes Frites, homemade crispy oven-baked fries with dipping sauce and Berry Parfait (Petit Parfait aux Fruits) layers of yogurt, fresh berries, and homemade granola.
