Enjoy an al fresco feast with Chef Alison Milwe Grace, an outdoor dining experience on the Farm featuring seasonal local bounty. Stroll the grounds and gardens, meet the animals and enjoy an early summer night on the Farm.

June 12, 6 pm-9 p.m. , $135 pp, includes dinner, service, and tax. Tickets will go on sale in May and are limited. If you’re interested in sitting with friends after purchasing your tickets, please let us know here

FIRST COURSE  

Chilled Spring pea and basil soup
Basket of artisan rolls and breads  

SECOND COURSE

Spring lettuces, watermelon radish, crunchy chick peas, avocado with basil vinaigrette 

ENTRÉE (choose one)

“Lollipop” spring lamb chops, mint chimichurri, spring vegetable  “studded” couscous

or

 Herb-dusted salmon over asparagus, baby new potatoes, haricots verts and
arugula w citrus-dijon-herb vinaigrette 

DESSERT

 Individual Lemon-thyme berry “trifle”
