This autumn-inspired class, with Chef Laura Weinman, will introduce new salads, sides, sauces and main dishes into your fall repertoire! Join us as we have a little lesson about knife skills, stock-making, and braising, while we make a cozy supper together featuring the beautiful fall bounty from local farms. Naturally, we will sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labors.
