Join Chef Alison Milwe Grace, owner of AMG Catering and events in Wilton and recipient of Connecticut's "Best of the Gold Coast" Caterer and Cooking School awards, at the Farm for an evening of delicious holiday appetizers, wine and festive entertaining tips from her new book, Savor.
Guests will not only sample some of Chef Grace's epic appetizers, they will also receive a signed copy of her new book, Savor, and have the opportunity to buy additional beautifully wrapped copies as holiday gifts for family and friends.
Chef Grace began her culinary journey by winning a James Beard Full Scholarship to New York's Renowned Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in pastry and baking arts. She started her professional cooking career at famed 3-star chef Geoffrey Zakarian's Patroon Restaurant in NYC. She then returned to her hometown of Westport working at some of Connecticut's finest restaurants and eventually opening AMG Catering and Events, where she dazzles with bespoke menus and amazing food for weddings, parties and family dinners. This book highlights her love of celebrations large and small.
