As the season changes and Autumn’s chill yields peak-season ingredients, we gain fresh inspiration for soups and salads that will take us through this cooler season. This class is BYOB! $100 pp.
Autumn Soup + Salads: 10.15.24, 7 p.m. We’ll prepare:
-Hearty Farro Salad Featuring Local Apples
-Delicata Squash Salad, Highlighting the Easiest Local Squash of all the CT Varieties
-Warm Cauliflower Salad with Dried Fruit and Pistachios
-Middle Eastern-Inspired, Sweet and Savory Red Lentil Soup
This class is vegetarian, dairy-free and BYOB. We save time at end of the class to enjoy eating around a communal table. This menu highlights CT produce being harvested in mid-October. Items may change slightly depending on availability of ingredients.
