Festival of Flavors: Easter & Passover Cooking Fun

Let’s celebrate the season in this fun Easter/Passover-themed, one-time after-school cooking class at Wakeman Town Farm. We will prepare an array of tasty spring treats in Tim’s Kitchen with Chef Robyn & Chef Kathleen—and have a blast enjoying them!
This seasonally-inspired cooking class will ignite creativity, teach kids how to follow instructions, and work as a team, while celebrating two different spring holidays. We will use Passover ingredients, preparing recipes both sweet and savory. We start with preparing crispy ‘Mini Matzo Lasagna’ using matzo to replace the usual pasta and preparing a rich basil-ricotta filling that’s Passover-friendly and then baking delicious Coconut Macaroons. Yum! Our Easter treat will feature adorable mini carrot cakes with homemade cream cheese frosting.
Naturally, we will eat what we make, or take home and save for later. Join us!
